1. How to guarantee our quality? 1). Before produce: send samples for checking. 2). During producing: send photos and video of producing to you. 3). Before shipment: customer's test company come to our factory to inspection of goods or we can send bulk production samples for checking. 2. If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us? If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container. 3. what kind of the certification do you have ? we have the MSDS certification for products , and we are ISO22716-2007/ISO9001- 2008/GMPC /MDSD certified factory 4. Can I have our logo on the product ? Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mask, etc.are welcomed
